For our UK retail customers, your paint will arrive in glass jars, sealed, with a descriptive label on the lid - within a brown cardboard box packed with bubble wrap to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
For our trade/bulk and international customers we do offer the option of tins should you wish please advise us at the point of ordering and we'll happily swap them over for you.
To store waterbased acrylic paints that are in glass jars, you should first make sure the paint is tightly sealed. Then, store the jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing the jars in extreme temperatures, as this can cause the paint to separate or spoil. It's also a good idea to keep the jars upright to prevent any potential leakage.
If oil is separating on the top of your acrylic paint, it may be due to the paint being old or not stored properly. One way to fix this is to gently mix the paint with a palette knife or paint stirrer to redistribute the oil throughout the paint. If this does not work, you may need to discard the paint and purchase new paint.
It's important to remember that acrylic and oil paint are not interchangeable. Acrylic paint is water-based and oil paint is oil-based, so they have different properties and should not be mixed together
All our paint is mixed to order, we do not keep it 'in stock' as a result it is not possible to exchange or refund them unless faulty at the point of delivery.
It is not possible to offer a warranty on paints, however if within 6 months of purchase your paint becomes unuable for any reason, we will work with you to provide assistance and may replace it for you at our discretion.
Yes! Our starter pack is ideal for this as you can essentially mix any colour you want using this pack, simply mix together on a paint pallette or in a jar.
We can mix any colour you wish - and will even colour match for you - all we ask is that you purchase a minimum of 2 jars of each colour - due to the minimum mixing quantities we must work with
